I am currently writing a self-help book! It's going to be about how to deal with anxiety and other mental health issues (which I have MANY years of experience dealing with!). This will be my first book that isn't a children's or young adult short story (this is a book for all ages), so it's definitely a new (and longer!) experience. Over the past five years or so I've thought about writing a self-help book, but I kept putting it aside. I wasn't ready yet; I didn't have all of the necessary skills and research tools. I believe I do now.

That's so awesome!! No one is better than writing a self-help book than someone who has been through a lot and can reach readers by talking about their own experiences. Can't wait to read it!!
